Anxiety is uncomfortable and we all want to get rid of it when itès present because, sometimes, this disorder keeps us from functioning where we need to be functioning from. Anxiety combines physical symptoms (the heart beating fast and hard, breathing is difficult, presence of sweating, trembling, dizziness or sweaty hands, body tense, tight muscles) and anxious thoughts (worries, ruminations, obsessions, doubts, fears) that can lead to crises when we fail to manage the situation.

In this episode, we talk about this condition and some of the strategies and tips you can use to manage it and reduce its symptoms.
