The Circle of Light
The Circle of Light | I am. We are.
We are very happy to present this circle of light which will begin on October 1, 2021 on Carole Noël's Facebook and which will eventually extend to Insight Timer. This circle is intended to be a place of mediation to raise the light in our hearts so as to raise the light on our beautiful planet Earth. This place is a sacred place to connect with our heart and divine energy through the HU mantra. This very powerful mantra connects us to our Source, God. You can name this source whatever you like because it is not a question of a name but a powerful energy of love!
In this time of uncertainty and unknown, we all need to find love and peace in our heart. We all need to connect to our Source of Divine Love to calm our inner self and to open our heart to love. It is a time to elevate ourselves for a higher purpose, Love!

All are warmly invited to experience the HU at this FB live every day at 8 pm (Atlantic time) beginning on October 1st for 30 days. There is just one language: the HU sound. HU is an ancient, sacred name for God—a carrier of love between Soul and God. When sung or chanted with an open heart, it opens the lines of communication to the most sacred part of yourself.
HU is the sound behind all sounds. Chanting HU can open your heart, helping you to find peace, expand your awareness, and gain a higher perspective on daily problems.
You are welcome to chant out loud or simply listen, whatever is right for you.
When HU is sung or chanted with an open heart, it opens the lines of communication to the most sacred part of yourself. Chanting HU can uplift you spiritually for inner peace, healing and insight.
You are welcome to chant out loud or simply listen, whatever is right for you. The chants last about 20 minutes (sometimes it will be 5 or 10 or 20 minutes and if you just want to chant for 5 minutes it is all perfect), followed by brief contemplative time.
This simple prayer, singing HU, will change you. It will open your eyes to see clearly the miracles happening around you every day.
It is a gift to you, and for anyone looking to experience more divine love in life.
